The Realforce 87U employs Topre's unique capacitive tactile key switches and ergonomically distributed key switch weighting to provide the most comfortable typing experience available in a standard flat keyboard. Convenient LEDs are embedded in the Caps Lock and Num Lock keys and the Caps Lock and CTRL keys are swappable and configurable using the on-board dip-switches.

"My son wants to learn how to program. His birthday is coming up and I thought it would be a good idea to get him a keyboard that would be made specifically with programming in mind. I did a search for programming keyboards and came across the Realforce 87U Tenkeyless keyboard on Amazon. After seeing all the unique features and capabilities I decided to get it for him. He has been using it for a few weeks now and is definitely impressed and extremely happy that I got it for him. "

    #2WASD CODE 104-Key

    WASD CODE 104-Key

The CODE keyboard is built to last through years of service. All of the key switches are mounted to a steel backplate for a rock solid feel while typing. Clean, beautiful white LED backlighting means you can see your keyboard in even the lowest light conditions. The CODE keyboard is designed to be timeless - but modern and unobtrusive as well. We custom molded the case to be as minimalist as we could get away with. You won't find any text or stickers on this keyboard, just small bezels and a classic angled design. This keyboard fits wherever you need it to go, and looks great doing it.

"I heard from friends that cherry keys are the best. I then tried this keyboard and confirmed it myself. The keyboard does everything I need. It also feels good to own the best."

    #4Filco FKBN104M/EFB2

    Filco FKBN104M/EFB2
Filco's Ninja has the same layout as a standard US keyboard, but instead of having legends on the top of the keys it has legends on the front of the keys. This Keyboard combines the high quality typing feel of Cherry MX switches, steel mounted in a rock solid body with full N-key Rollover function, all put together in a very slick package. N-Key Rollover allows multiple simultaneous key presses to be recognized by your computer. A big help for the superfast typist or serious gamer.

"Filco Ninja Majestouch is a mechanical style keyboard. It doesn't have the letters on the keys themselves but in front of the keys on the base instead. It can recognize multiple simultaneous key presses. This can be important if you type fast enough or if you are a serious gamer. The 159 dollar price target would prevent me from every buying this, but I'm not a super fast typist or serious gamer."

"The teacher in my programming course suggested we invest in a high quality mechanical keyboard for our home PC setups. The Happy Hacking Keyboard Professional 2 was the first one I tried and I couldn't be more pleased. It has such a pleasing tactile sensation, my assignments just fly by! It took a little bit to get used to the minimalistic layout, but on the plus side it doesn't make my desk seem cluttered. I'm really happy with my purchase."
