    "This app is nice. The exercises are well explained so anyone can figure them out. I just be careful if you are just starting to exercise because this routine may be to strenuous to begin with. You may want to space out the exercises or just do half to start. "

    "This app is hilarious and definitely makes you want to come back to it (whoever heard of WANTING to workout?!). There are however a few things about it that are not so great. The actual workout: The first time that I completed this workout, I felt great… Until the next day. I was quite sore and could barely move around without hurting myself. The workout was amazing otherwise. The money situation: I figured out a few days after using this app that you can only do one workout every single day, meaning that the only workout that the app comes with is the 7 Minutes in Hell workout unless you want to pay for more. I found that quite disappointing, since I had to pay $3.99 for the app in the first place. Apparently all of the CARROT³ apps are this much, and I haven't downloaded in any of the other ones since I have a feeling that they will be quite disappointing as well. Great app otherwise."

    "I wanted to think that Workout Trainer was going to be the best workout app in the apple store that I'd ever used, but then I found out I'd have to spend a bunch of money if I wanted to use the good content. The free videos just aren't worth it and for the money, I can get more content elsewhere."

    "I checked this out because my New Year’s resolution was to get fit, and this seemed like a good place to start. It was! I used the free trial to get used to it and see if I really liked it – I don’t have a lot of money to spend on this kind of thing, so I want to spend it on something that is useful for me. I liked it enough to upgrade it, and wow! I’d say that this app is geared toward buying it – the paid version is much better. People who want a free workout app should look elsewhere, though, there are better options out there when it comes to free ones. That said, I’m able to stick to my routine with this fun and motivating app. I’m able to customize my workouts based on my goals, experience, etc… it’s almost like having a personal trainer in my house! And with the 7-minute workouts, I can work toward my goal anytime. This may be the first year ever that I’ve been able to tackle a resolution!!"

    "I've been trying to get fit in the New Year. I needed an app for working out that was really good. I found out about Fitbit Coach. This app is just what I needed. It's the best quick workout app I've found for my iPhone. It works great and has all sorts of various workouts tailored just for me. I love how responsive the app is and how well it works. It's intuitive and very easy to use. I highly recommend this app if you want to get fit fast!"
