"Rap to the Beats is an app that will allow users to play songs and records you rapping over them. It is a pretty nice concept. It seems to work as it should and the users seem happy with it. It is fairly new so it doesn't have a great deal of reviews yet but the ones that it has are positive. I would say it fits the topic."

"AutoRap by Smule is a decent, but not quite great app for making your own raps with the help of your phone. You have the choice of over 100 celebrity voices and using them is quite easy. Keep in mind the app is quite buggy and plays are limited unless you pay extra so may not be for everyone."

"This app is for both newbies and experienced artists. You can create music within a few minutes. This app usually helps me get started when I have a certain beat in mind. I really like the social aspect of the app. I really enjoy sharing and listening to what other people create. I even made a few connections with this app and will be collaborating with other users in the future. I love this app!"

"Personally, I wouldn’t use an “app” to make beats. There are so many options for music production and some are relatively cheap. I currently use FL Studio 12, but I’m also interested in Studio One 3. But if it’s a budgeting thing then you can try out BTV Solo or Dubturbo. Personally, I wouldn’t use an “app” to make beats. AutoRap corrects bad rapping by matching spoken syllables to any beat, using Smule’s “rappification” technology to let you create your own original raps or AutoRap from a Premium Songs Catalogue including Tupac and the Beastie Boys. Visualizations match the beat of your raps, and sharing capabilities via email, Facebook and Twitter let you share your glory with the world."
