"I can only speak for the first book and it sucked! I am a big fan of Vampires but I just buy these. No character development and to much "cheep romance novel". The writing was horrible and scenes were recycled to shreds. May I recommend that Miss Meyers do the literary world a favor and find another line of work?!? I'll stick with Stoker!"

Since the books is aiming for 9-12 years old kids, you cannot find any disturbing battles or romance in it and it is written in a very direct way. Even you may want to read it for yourself together with the kids."

"I would read Anne of Green Gables because it is considered a literary classic. I think it would be a safe choice to read when I can't decide which genre I am in the mood to read. I know that even if it isn't something I would have sought out to read, I will have had an enriching experience reading a piece of classic literature. "

"I'm not sure what genre this book fits into as it appears to be a romance but quickly goes into some science fiction as one of the main characters is not human. Not a bad book as its one in the series. I found it ok and it really is a book that crosses genres."

"At first, I was hesitant to read this book "I'd Tell You I Love You, But Then I'd Have to Kill You" by Ally Carter. It is catogrized as a Young Adult (YA) book and I thought I might be too old for this genre. But I can say that one is never too old to read a YA book. I was pleasantly surprised about how much I enjoyed this book. It is fun, entertaining, and offers a 21st century perspective on teenage romance, espionage, mystery, relationships, and girl power. I would recommend this series to both young adults and older adults alike."
