"I'd pass on it, it's not that great. It's his list though so whatever. The book itself has a lot of cliche nonsense you'd think a CEO type would say, although it has some good life lessons. It is a pretty boring slog though and you'll probably put it down after a couple chapters and never get around to finishing it."

"It's well-written and engaging, even 200+ (nearing 300+; Franklin was born in 1706) years later. It stops in 1760, well before his involvement with the Revolution, but it covers in detail his youth, apprenticeships, the formation of his philosophy and ideals, and his path from poor roots to business and social success"
