"Not something I enjoyed. The translation of this is not as superior as the original one. That being said...if you're into stuff like this then go for it. Most people would enjoy it. I on the other hand couldn't read past a few pages. So I really can't say much about this. However...it did give me a good nap."

"I bought this book because it is a classic. This book is definitely a book with a mission to point out the dangers society, if not humanity as a whole can face when certain ideologies take hold. Regardless of political views, this is a must read for all who value the quality of their environments, their governments, and those who ultimately can either make or break the health of a society. This is a deep read, explored in a not so threatening way. I give Orwell's Animal Farm a strong recommendation."

"I was really impressed by this book to be honest. I know it is held in high regard, but I thought it could not live up to the hype at first. The main character was very interesting, while I may not have liked him I could appreciate he was so proactive. The side stories were also great since I have seen different versions of them told in other mediums. I managed to finish everything in the books in a few weeks, but after that I tried to track down more books by Clifton Fadiman to satisfy my need for good reading material. I would definitely recommend this story."
