"Where do I even start with this book? Halfway through the book, all the main characters sleep with each other and it's incredibly uncomfortable considering their ages. The book is incredibly long. Just see either of the two movies made about it."

"As one of Stephen King's good works, Needful Things centers on the character Leland, who starts a shop in his town to strange results--the customers start to experience weird and strange things in their lives. Rather bizarre and original but quite entertaining."

"This is a good introduction to Stephen King for any reader. It's not really a book, but more of a series of shot stories. I don't think it's a good recommendation for a Stephen King book, but good to get familiar with his writing style."

"So Cujo comes from that era of Stephen King movies where the book could be intensely scary and the movie only a little scary. In this case there was only one part of the movie that startled me but the book is much scarier. Not as good as Carrie or The Shining but I believe reading anything of Stephen King won't waste your time! "

"Stephen King knows how to weave a tale that leaves you horrified but wanting to read more. This book does that in the best way possible. It starts out simple but by the end left me wondering if I needed to sleep with the lights on that night. It has all the simple devices of horror that make you think that it might actually happen but then you assure yourself it is just fiction. That type of book makes the best horror novel because it plays with your sense of reality. "

"If you've watched the TV series, step back and forget how badly the last season was handled, because - forgive the old saying - the book is better. Stephen King did not disappoint in this book. It's a thrilling story that kept me tense and unable to stop turning page after page, wondering if they'd make it in time. If you like Stephen King, Under the Dome is definitely worth your time!"
