Some of it was useful, like what plants compliment each other, but some of it I wouldn't really be able to control, like the pH of the soil and growing wheat! I was a little annoyed that the author also kept pushing a lifestyle of adapting my meals around the garden, instead of adapting my garden for my family's needs. I'm glad this wasn't the only book I purchased on the subject."

"If you are interested in traveling to Peru, or learning more about this country, then I recommend this book. I would also recommend it for readers who enjoy travelogues. It is written in Kannada, so I do not recommend it for those who are unfamiliar with this language."

"I feel like this doesn't fit the bill. I'm looking for a bit more specific things than this. This focuses a lot on the "ninja" mindset and that type of thing. It's not really what I think about when I think "reference book""

"I think this a nice book to have somewhere in the house for fun, to spend time with when you have any extra, and just to enjoy to learn some trivia and inconsequential findings. I got somewhat bored with it but that is obvious as it shouldn't be read like a serious reference book, and it does a good job at providing you with random, useless information."

"This is definitely something you really need to want to read. Even as a reference or a handbook, it's pretty unique. So it's more or less, if the topic fits your tastes, do it, otherwise move on. Because it's written about as well as any other."
