"Awesome starnavigator! I like to use this during my free time. There is a ton of content to look through. Over 30K celestial objects. The other day I used this thing for about an hour. It's really entertaining. I think it's perfect for any age. I also really like the blue color it comes in. Great gift!"

"This is one of the best reflecting telescopes in its price range. I did have a little problem getting mine adjusted, but I think that was a problem with the stand that could be easily fixed. The motor in the arm just needs to be replaced. Overall still a great gift for a beginner astronomer."

"I admit that I don't know much about telescopes, but my son loves astronomy, so I did some research and bought him his first telescope.....the Celestron 21024 FirstScope Telescope. While I don't have anything to compare it to, I think this is an awesome reflector telescope. My son loves it, and I think his passion for astronomy will only grow. I'm sure he will "outgrow" this telescope soon enough, but for now it is perfect."

"Awesome first scope. Didn't take long for me to get the hang of it. You learn as you go. I purchased filters and extra lenses including a 2x Barlow. So far I've been able to see stunning close ups of the moon, a small but undeniable Saturn during it's opposition, Jupiter and a few of it's moons and way more stars than I can see with my own eye's (even with an airport only a few miles away"

Just something to check the moon out with. Its so clear you can see surface detail on the moon. It has a nice EZ Finder aiming scope. Fits right on our picnicking table in the backyard."

"I wanted to start using a telescope with my children, using it as a learning tool for us. I decided on the Meade LightBridge Mini 130 scope, it was smaller and seemed less intimidating. . Nice for beginners but also good for experienced observers who want a smaller scope that they can use without a lot of set up time and which won't require much storage space. The eyepieces it comes with aren't the greatest but aren't terrible. We are beginners but have been having an awesome time using this scope"
