"For those like me who wish to enter the Android app development field, Android Studio is a great resouce. It's free, and I find it easy to use. BUT, it takes up a lot of RAM and disk space. Do other Android developer programs do this too, or is it just my computer? I'm due for an upgrade anyway, might as well get my PC up to speed for my new hobby."

"IntelliJ IDEA is a complete tool for any Android developer. I also like how flexible the payment plans are. I know paying annually will save me money, but I can only pay on a monthly basis right now. It's just perfect for me right now! Bonus tip for aspiring programmers - you can apply for a free IntelliJ student or faculty license. :)"

"I wanted to see if there's an Android app maker that is easier to learn than Java. I read in some reviews that B4A uses Basic, which is exactly what I'm looking for. Not sure if there's a difference with the language difference and all. But now that I've learned a bit, I'm getting more and more encouraged to try Java."

"I'm surprised how much you can do with an app you can download and install in mere seconds. I think DroidScript was undersold by the developers. Of course, it's not gonna be able to do everything, and I don't expect it to. Still will donate through their website to show my appreciation."

"Eclipse is not my first choice for Android programming - I use another dedicated software for that. It's a great resource for someone starting, but it gets a bit hard when the application is more specific."
