"My 2 year old child always had trouble sleeping. I would sing lullabies, read bed time stories, and even let him watch tv to fall asleep. Nothing worked and nothing will, not even with this book. Most of the stuff in here will not work for your child if you've already exhausted every existing trick that could be found via google."

"This CD really does wonders for those who can't get enough sleep. Trust me if you haven't heard this CD you are really missing out on some good Z's because this is so much better than taking sleep medication. It does say its mainly "for children" but I personally listen to it just because it is so effective when I have to get up early for work. "

"Sitting like a Frog: Our brand new favorite book! And the CD is an absolute game changer. My son is a very sensitive and anxious child and we have always had problems getting him to wind down and go to bed. Most nights end in temper tantrums and him in our bed. After a few nights with this book and using the cd at bed time, he's asleep within 10 minutes. He is more calm, which is the most important thing. I love, love, love this book and cd and do not know what we would do without them!"

"It's been a rough go the past year trying to get my kid to go to sleep. We tried everything from the natural to the man made solutions, but finally we found something that works! Meditation is a little scary for religious reasons, but this takes all that out of it. It's a time to let go, and tune into your mind and clear it of thoughts. That was the biggest problem for my kid, thinking about the next day. Not any longer!"

"Every parent hates when their kids have nightmares at night but what about the nightmare parents have to deal with before their kids are asleep, and that nightmare is getting them to sleep. My son is at the age where sounds can affect him while trying to get to sleep. I tried to find different ways to help him but could not find any until I decided to try some apps. Headspace is great, I found him a great pair of comfy headphones and put it on for him. It helps him sleep everynight, I really appreciate what has been created here. "
