"I have been very skeptical at first when I tried the 2014 Candice Swanepoel Full-Body Workout but after trying it out for myself I can say it very entertaining and fun. In the beginning, I felt weird but the more I watched and did the work out myself it started making more sense and my body became for flexible and my energy level increased. I had fun working out to Candice Swanepoel and was a little shy in the beginning but I kept it up and how I love it."

"This exercise video is designed to help you achieve a lean, strong, flexible dancers body. The basic exercises are designed for an intermediate workout and there are variations for a more advanced workout. I would like to see variations for a beginning workout. It is refreshing to see an exercise video that is not yoga or pilates."
