"I find this article to be interesting in the number of facts it contains. It really sheds light on how many people are struggling with sleep problems (though I think calling difficulty falling asleep because of stress "insomnia" is a bit of exaggeration). I can relate as a member of Generation Y myself and definitely concur that stress affects sleep quality. However, I think the title is a bit misleading with the promise of "falling asleep in less than a minute". I think you have to be truly and utterly exhausted (as in, have a newborn and one year old twins) to fall asleep in under a minute anytime."

"The Good Sleep Guide will definitely help me in my journey to fall asleep, as it's own research its done by the author from his very own problem of falling asleep. Rather than studying others, the author has found out ways they were able to tackle their problem, thus decided to share it with others. This makes me feel that the ways will be more sincere, coming from a good source as such. This book will really help me get my sleep back."

"This book is incredible! I have been a long-time sufferer of (undiagnosed) insomnia. I used to average about 3 hours of sleep a night and it was incredibly rough on me health-wise. I read the advice offered by Mr. Smith and it has completely changed my life. He overcame these sleep issues himself, so he knows what he's talking about. I am sleeping like I used to when I was a kid! My favorite part of it all is that it is a natural, holitisic solution. Highly recommend!"

Pzizz generates sounds that help you fall asleep. It generates new sounds each time you use it, so your mind can't get used to the same overplayed sounds. You don't need to organize a sound library or make your own mix.

This is effectively just a strobe light and well it should be pretty obvious that that's not something that commonly puts people to sleep. I ran across Coldplay's first album, Parachutes. It seriously did the trick. I loaded it up on my iPod and put my head back on the pillow. That album was just perfect - moody, melodic, mellow - all the M's that matter (see what I did there? ha). Anyway, whenever I can't fall asleep now, I just kick back to Coldplay - Parachutes and it's snooze-fest time."

"This app seems promising and many of the reviews appear to be legitimate. However, it does not appear to have been updated recently. In fact, it was last updated in December of 2013. I would have to recommend not installing this app as it is fairly old and it was not programmed with newer versions of Android in mind. That being said, due to it not being optimized for current versions of the Android OS, there is the possibility that it won't work properly if at all. I recommend finding an app that hasn't been abandoned by its developer. Skip this one."

"This app has a variety of potential uses including helping in meditation and even lucid dreaming. I've yet to look into those yet, however. My goal, when I found this, was to find something that would help me drift off for a quick snooze during the short spans of time I have available for naps. I love naps, but when I only have 30 minutes available, I'd rather not spend 25 of those minutes just trying to quiet my mind. This does the trick. I can be out with 5-7 minutes and wake up surprisingly refreshed after a solid 20-minute nap. I wish the kids were still of napping age -- I'd try it on them in a heartbeat! "
