After many long nights of wanting to tear my hair out trying to coordinate group projects with people, google drive seems like it will be a lifesaver. "Excellent information for ANY business, large or small! The information I found especially useful/relevant to my particular small business were: a) Naming Files- A huge issue because as it states, everyone wants to use a name for a data file which is often meaningless to another employee, resulting in confusion and loss of productivity. b) Purging Files- This is often something which seems to be a "non-issue" until it catches up to you. Since we started using Glasscubes our data is much easier to keep properly organized, so when it is time to delete old files and databases the job is completed with ease and efficiency. By utilizing these recommended practices our company has increased its productivity by an estimated 11%!"
