I don't know how well this workout distinguishes itself from the hundreds of other workouts endorsed by famous people.     "I'm trying to exercise and lose weight. My friend recommended Pilates and I found out about Pilates: Benefits & Exercise, a Kindle book. I have to say that I do not like this book at all. First of all, it's very hard to read. The wording is just very odd and things just are not organized in a logical manner. It's also very short and doesn't tell me enough about getting fit with Pilates. I don't like it at all. I highly recommend finding something else that is more detailed than this."
