"This is a list of lists, and a bit overwhelming. I have no idea how good each of the articles referenced really is, though I have some trust in the site that's hosting it. I suppose how useful you find this article will depend a lot on your level of knowledge and experience with the sport. If you don't know a lot already, you may have a hard time deciding which of the articles is worth your time given your current level of engaging with the sport. You might want something much more "high level" and educational."

"I was gearing up to run a half marathon, so I checked out this Born to run site. It has a lot of anecdotes, and even a book you can buy if you so desire, and I don't think any of this hurt my efforts to practice. On the other hand, they didn't help much either, it's more of something to read for entertainment purposes, there are simpler and more practical training guides available elsewhere."

I found RunKeeper in the GooglePlay app store and because of all the downloads and high ratings I gave it a shot. I could not be happier with the results I have not only had personally but also with what this RunKeeper app has been able to show me!!!
