"at first, I just picked my guitar and opened the book. Since I have a Kindle device, I didn´t have to worry about having to press the book pages open with one hand and trying to maneuver the guitar with the other hand and my chin. I didn´t have a keyboard or electronic tuning so I proceeded to relative tuning. Then I proceeded to use tinker with the chord chart before going to the real matter I like to experiment: the Popeye tune. Then when I felt my fingers not so stiff I tried the Pachelbel´s canon. It felt empowering! Not that I´m thinking of going immediately on busking to the closest shopping mall, but at least it makes me feel worthy of sharing something with my friends at a gathering! Love this book!"

Videos demonstrate a variety of topics like learning chords, playing for money, and jam tracks. There are some videos demonstrating learning how to play, but the layout of the site is confusing and probably not the best for complete beginners. "

The guy teaching it has experience teaching it, but he doesn't play very well. I noticed many mistakes in his playing. He also doesn't have any experience in a band. "If you are looking for a book to teach yourself guitar then the Guitar Handbook is a great buy. I am a visual learner, so I combine this book with youtube videos and I am learning fairly quickly. This book is also great if you already play the guitar because it goes into a lot of detail and you could always learn something new."

"Tab Finder is not what I was expecting when I was searching for resources for learning to play the guitar. This is an actually an app which helps you organize tabs in your web browser. I guess it could be helpful if you have multiple tabs open on guitar tutorials but other than that this totally misses the mark. "

"Chord Guitar Full Offline is an app available on the google play store. It lets you find more than 60000 chords from artists and bands across the globe. Then you can play along with them to learn them. Some of them have tabs so you can see fingering for them, but not all of them do. It fits the topic fine."

"I've been trying to learn the guitar for some time now. I've gotten pretty good, but I really wanted to take my skills to the next level. I've tried a ton of different learning resources, but it wasn't until I downloaded the app "ABRSM Speedshifter" that I truly found what I was looking for. I love the app, especially how you are able to adjust the speed of the audio in order to help you practice and learn. This app is definitely a must for anyone trying to master the guitar. "
