"Adobe Illustrator is probably the top name out there for comic making, yes. I think it's definitely top notch, but my one complaint is that I've had a hard time figuring out how to use all the functions. I feel like this program has much greater capability than what I'm using it for, but I'm what's holding it back just because I don't know how to use it properly or how to do everything I want to do. Maybe I just need to use it a little more."

"If you're dipping your toes into comics, or looking to connect with more artists the best comic making software has got to be PanelJam. Their tools allow for everything you need to draw, and it's a great way to practice as all their comics are commic jams - meaning that each panel is by a different artist. You only draw one panel at a time so you can try out different art styles or subject matter quickly. It's a great way to learn - fast!"

"I got this for my nephew who draws a lot. He enjoyed it so much that I got it for myself. I do not like that it auto-rotates the canvas sometimes. But that is a bit of a nitpick."

"I'm not much for making comments, but my son is pretty big into it. I bought this for him, and he seems to love it, which made me love it, until the school called and showed me some of the things he'd been drawing with it. He's a chip off the old block, that's for sure. "
