    "This is the all in one library you need if you are a runner. Anyone who has taken running serious knows that you plateau at some point. These are the books that helped me get over that hump. They gave techniques, logs and plans to help me get faster and be able to run faster over long distances. It takes practice and planning to be good at anything, and these should be treated like your text books. I highly recommend them."

    "I'm a runner myself, and have had many long meditations when running. It's where I do some of my deepest thinking. Any runner like me can relate to Murakami's book; it has so many moments that are familiar. I found myself saying, "Yes! I do that too!" It's an entertaining read and a personal look into an author's methods on running, writing and living life, but I wouldn't say it's made me a better runner or changed anything about my running habits. It's great for introspection though."

    "jgh.com is primarily aimed at bodybuilders and those trying to increase their muscle mass. It's primarily a shop with only a few support articles put up. Whilst I found a few of them interesting, most of those are directly aiming to increase sales of particular supplements. It's not a great place to look for resources for runners in my view. "
