"I've found this to be a great project tracking program. All team members can easily see what's going on. We love the graphs. I love how we can prioritize and check off where we are. It's a smooth interface, and a nice graphic interface. I've found it adds an element of fun and sort of "high five" to the entire process."

"This software did the trick for a little bit, but if you're getting it solely for the reason that the app can sync from mobile to desktop, I wouldn't bother. I have had a few issues with this feature and it's just a bit infuriating. "

"I've been a teacher for several years and there is one phrase that will strike fear in several students and result in groans from others: group project. What students don't realize, though, is that group projects aren't isolated to their grade school years. In fact, even teachers are often tasked with completing research or collecting data using the expertise of our coworkers. It's time to stop running from the dreaded group project and learn to embrace working together. Enter UpWave. This site makes group work easy. This interface provides a platform for discussion of the task without requiring my team to coordinate and set up meeting times that don't interfere with our kids' soccer schedules. We're able to contribute to the task, while staying on task, which is hard to do when teachers get together. What used to be a battle to avoid talking about incidents in our classroom or what happened on Grey's Anatomy last night is now an easy to use board, where we can do our part and get the result we need in a reasonable amount of time. I only wish they had a version designed for our students."

"If organization isn't your strong suit, you might want to look into a task management app like Be Focused. While it seems simple in concept, it really does help you break down bigger tasks into manageable chunks, and you can keep track of your progress all in the app. If you're already organized, you won't find much value in this, but it does help those of us (like me) who are bit scattered.
