"Yoga with Adriene videos are absolutely amazing. I used to love attending group Yoga classes, but they do get expensive. With these videos, my neighbors and I made our own yoga class. Adriene has a soothing voice and her instructions are clear. The beginner's video was especially useful for getting back into the hang of things."

"This book decent, but I have a couple of problems with it. First, there are no English terms used, which is common these days, and I don't see why both couldn't be included. Second, even though traditional terms are used, like a lot of books this is still westernized yoga."

"I like that there are classes that range in their length of time. I am an impatient person a lot of times, which doesn't bode well for Yoga and meditation. On this site, I can find a class that is short and won't make me feel tense and impatient in the search process. I figure if I can get through the first part of this, then I can learn not to be so impatient and make it a part of my routine. It is great that there are so many styles for different types of people."

"After I used this site to gain knowledge about my new exercise addiction, Yoga Anytime seems to be at first glance a giant database of yoga videos. However, there is a nice community of people there that can assist beginners. There is a very easy to use sorting function that allows videos to be sorted according to different criteria like duration and style. Together, the sheer variety of yoga content with a wonderful online community makes this a great resource for a beginner in yoga. "

    #12Brett Larkin Yoga Classes

    Brett Larkin Yoga Classes
Brett Larkin teaches on your Youtube channel yoga and meditation with appropriate classes for people who have never done yoga before.

    Patrick Crawford
    Written on September 14, 2017
"Brett Larkin's videos are pretty good for beginners looking to get into yoga, but a few things could be improved about them. Some of them are too long and have too much commentary and viewer interaction - it's good to interact with the community, but maybe do this in the comment section. Also, the background of the videos can be a bit cluttered/distracting at times, which can cause the eye to wander, meaning you might have to re-watch something you might have missed."
