But though I enjoyed the book, I didn't feel as if I came away with practices of mindfulness or techniques to calm down when I'm feeling anxious. He's better at emphasizing the importance of mindfulness than he is at encouraging practices of mindfulness in readers. "

Most kids already have a good idea bout their emotions, they don't really need an app to teach them, unless they're really little, maybe, or maybe young kids with trouble accessing their emotions, like kids with autism, might find this helpful. It's sort of a psychological horror game. If you are looking to de-stress, I really would not recommend it as a viable option, it will just occupy your thoughts and increase your anxieties."
