"Robert Zemeckis has helmed a lot of good films including Cast Away and Forrest Gump but Back to the Future is easily my favorite one. Just the concept of time travel alone would have done the trick, but man, Marty and Doc Brown really made fall in love with this film because they were just so believable. And in turn, it made Back to the Future believable for me. So glad that this is included in this list and I am even happier to find a good copy on this site!"

"Brad Pitt has done war films before but nothing with this kind of material. A Canadian intelligence officer and French Resistance fighter and collaborator fall in love during World War II. They'll be engulfed in a world of intrigue and suspicion where they could trust no one. Not even each other. I thoroughly enjoyed watching this movie masterfully helmed by Robert Zemeckis, arguably one of the greatest directors of all time."

"Robert Zemeckis has often been hailed as an innovator in visual effects and his 3D computer-animated film The Polar Express is a proof of that. Combining visual aesthetics with a great storyline from a children's book, the result is a masterpiece that is as enjoyable to watch as any animated movies out there. Oh, and Tom Hanks doing at least 5-6 voices? What else could anyone want from an animated flick?"

"I was looking for supernatural films and What Lies Beneath was suggested by this site. I have watched this before but has forgotten about this film completely. Despite the mixed reviews, I personally feel that Robert Zemeckis has done a marvelous job with this movie. It doesn't hurt that he has great actors for this film too. It's still a good movie all in all and it hits the right spots."

"Contact is one of the most underrated films of all time. I enjoyed Jodie Foster's performance as the bright lead scientist who discovered the signal sent by the ETs. I liked the human dynamics the film portrayed as I think this is how most of us would behave if we are contacted by beings from another world. I would watch Contact over and over."

"For me, Cast Away is the best movie that Tom Hanks and Robert Zemeckis have ever worked on together. While some would argue that Forrest Gump is better, I would still say that Cast Away truly captures the human psyche if one is put in Chuck Noland's predicament. This is a test of character and endurance at its finest."

"Christopher Lloyd and Robert Zemeckis are back at it again. In my opinion, Who Framed Roger Rabit is one of the greatest animated films of all time. It has a great plot with a 'toon' being accused of murder. It was critically acclaimed while being a massive commercial success."
