"Game of Thrones is perhaps one of the best show ever, I couldn't live without it. The thing about HBO on Roku is that you need HBOnow and I don't really mind buying it for a short time but you need to make sacrifices sometimes to get what you want. I feel that HBO is the father to HBOnow so the solution is true in my opinion. "

"I have been using Roku for a while and found that I wasn't getting enough channels with it. I then heard about Amazon Prime Video and gave it a shot. I found a lot more options to view materials that wasn't available to me before, and it's amazing! "

"I am a huge fan of The WalkingDead, and without the AMC channel on my Roku, I don't know how I would get my fix. My wife and I are always watching old and new episodes with our Roku and the AMC channel, couldn't live without it."

"With the rising cost of cable, and the increasingly poor content available across the networks, Hulu seems like a great solution for anyone who would like to pick and choose their entertainment, instead of having to wade through the garbage on regular cable TV. I would highly recommend this site to all my friends."

"I have a Roku and can suggest NBC as one of the channels to check out. Even though live streaming typically isn't available on the Roku, some channels offer it. NBC usually offers full episodes of their recently aired shows, and often has entire seasons of shows available for binge watching."

"At first glance it's a good channel for the price you pay. If you are a sports fan you have to add packages and just like every other tv service you have to pay extra for more dvrs, multi, streaming and other features. The basic package is cheap but available channels are limited. The pros are no hidden fees,no long term contracts and no cancellation fee. Would not be my choice."

If you want to find something funny to watch, there is a video for it. If you want to find a review for a product so you can decide if it is worth a purchase, there is most likely a video for it."

"Roku offers many different options for channels, for news channels specifically, CNN is one of those offered. CNN is a long-standing name in news channels which I watch on occasion to get different viewpoints than which other channels offer. I wouldn't say it's one of the best channels offered on Roku overall (unless you are obsessed with news/politics), but it is a great one to have available to watch that's offered by Roku. "

There's not much on there that is that popular or exciting but, given its price, I am glad I checked it out on my Roku."

"I had Roku and never used it. You don't really need it when Netflix and Amazon Video are available. Sometimes they don't have the movie/TV show you want to watch but most likely it means they are not gonna be available elsewhere. Regarding MUBI, why would you want somebody to pick a movie to watch for you? You can get some recommendations from family members, friends, colleagues, IMDB etc. There Youtube channels/podcasts about cinematography. Basically, both Roku and MUBI are useless. "

Since I cut the cable connection years ago I have been delighted in the various Roku options becoming available and I was particularly happy when Starz became part of their channel line up. So many great movies and even new original series. "

"Is Fox one of the best Roku channels? Not in my book. There are a few shows I like there, but Lordy, there are so many channels to choose from. I watch a lot of others way more. Which is not to say I wouldn't use it on my Roku machine, just it's not the best by far. I think most of this content is on Hulu Plus, so I wouldn't use Fox "standalone" much at all."
