"This was recommended to me by my friend who said that it's one of the best rootkit removers available in the market. While it certainly lives up to my friend's words, I wish it was a little bit more user-friendly. A good help file would have been very useful. Don't get me wrong, there are available resources online, but it would have saved me so much time if there was a help file included. "
