"I screamed when I first watched this movie, because oh my gosh it's Peter Pettigrew! It's a good movie -- a little grim, a little gritty, but all too true and human. Considering that this was Sally's film debut, she did a really good job of it."

"This film is made up of 100% good stuff. Of course Blanchett takes the lead with an amazing performance of epic proportions, but Sally Hawkins has this quiet, understated way about her that makes for a nice counterbalance. "

"I wish Sally Hawkins will take on more roles like the role she had for Vera Drake. She's really good at acting like a high-bred, upper class girl. Also, this is the prettiest I've seen her in all of her movies."
