"I first became involved with Samurai movies when I watched Last Samurai where Tom Cruise played leading role. It was in that movie that I became acquainted with the discipline and lifestyle the samurais chose for themselves. Especially, the great emphasis that they put with regard to "Honor" galvanized some sense of respect toward them. As a result, i became very interested in following and watching samurai related movies. And, when doing online search, i stumbled with Rurouni Kenshin: Origins. After reading reviews and viewing the ratings, i found the movie appealing and decided to watch. I must say that it confirms all of my expectations of the world of samurais and their lifestyle. The events depicted are very dramatic and captivating to watch."
