"This one is just okay for me. It fits the topic but it's not one of the best. There are other, better books out there about female bounty hunters in sci fi and fantasy."

"The reasons for the author's awards and accolades are evident in this book. There are lots of interesting characters throughout and the adventures are one of the wildest rides I have ever been on... and I've been a sci-fi fan for decades. The main character is male, though, not female... and I was specifically looking for a story with a female lead. Maybe this gets explored in a later book in this series, and if it does, I'll read it too."

"This is a book about a woman who cleans up the problems of the magic folk but it doesn't go into detail about what that entails on the cover. It is still probably a good book, from a well known sci-fi author so I would definitely recommend it. "

"This book is an entertaining combination of the old westerns with futuristic elements. It is an easy read and probably written for young adults, but I delighted in reading it. It was fun to read about the mysterious Santiago and wonder if he were man or something inhuman; whether the stories told about his were myths or facts. When this mysterious man disappears, then the fun begins with the mystery of the missing mysterious Santiago."
