"The only rival to "Doctor Who" for the title of "best science fiction TV shows" would be "Star Trek". Both of these TV series have survived for decades as being the most interesting, most watched and most discussed shows in the history of TV. "Doctor Who" is produced by the British, so there is always that taste of British humour and oftentimes curious situations that causes one to feel as if they're on the outside looking in, but still thoroughly enjoyable. Personally, I prefer "Star Trek" as the best science fiction TV show, but would still agree with anyone who thinks it should be "Doctor Who"."

"If you have ever met William Shatner in real life you will be reminded of the time when he starred on Star Trek. If you want that enjoyment all the time or you are a one of the best sci-fi shows of tv history, despite its campiness and William Shatner then pick it up. Star Trek: The Next Generation was far superior in every way."

"This is silly, it goes on and on. I mean, there's nothing to interesting about a group if psychics getting together. There are better options out there for entertainment. The acting and costuming is mediocre, I mean all it is is just something to hear if you're super lonely and bored and having nothing else to watch nor listen to."
