"I really like her approach her. I find myself overworked and overstressed daily. I found that reading this when I have a minute (that is really all I have) or two to myself a day really allowed to me focus and develop an action plan to promote my own self-healing. I recommend it to anyone looking for something deeper than what is on the surface in our lives. "

"The fact that am big fan of Alexandre Dumas should not shadow the greatness of the book The Count of Monte Cristo. Read the book couple of times and watched the movie version of it from different directors in different years. It is one of the great examples of self-actualization, the rising of Edmond Dantès."

"Sometimes in life we seek guidance. We look for structure and meaning. Often times, we reach out to others and look for a familiar and friendly voice to give us validation or just confirmation that our daily purpose and goals in life are going towards something more meaningful. I picked up this book, 12 Rules for Life: An Antidote to Chaos, on line. I've spent the past week going through it and it's a nonfiction self help book written by Jordan B. Peterson. This book is a look at one self and involves deep thinking. There's meaning to everything as expressed in here and the advice to yourself is truth in finding the meaning of your existence. I found this book enlightening and very inspiring. It brought me out of my funk when I was going through some tough times with work and my social life. There are a lot of ideas which could be complex but the way Peterson expresses them is very relatable to what you might be experiencing in life. There's a lot of wisdom to be gained from reading through this and it's something I'd recommend for those who sometimes just question what they're here for."
