"Helps you train your brain daily but doesn't advise you on how to case for other parts of your body. Wellness and self care go beyond giving yourself mental tests. The app should also focus on people improving their diets and exercising to be a full package."

"Is that a mindfullness coach in your pocket, or are you just happy to see me? This is a 5 star Editor's Choice on Google Play, and I concur. This is definitely a sign of our times, and addresses a lot of issues that we all face every day. Worth a try I say."

"This app is attractively designed and good for keeping and comparing stats with a workout buddy. The app can be glitchy, and so I would not recommend its use as a pedometer but still very useful for monitoring nutrition, weight loss/gain, and sleep. "
