"Firstly, I don't like to share that I have some issues with regard to anxiety. I was looking around Google play and found this app called What's Up. At first I was skeptical. I mean , could a self help app really help me? And yes it did. I use it daily and it works. Try it out if you need some help, I did and it works. "

"Luminosity is a great way to pass time and makes me feel productive. It's certainly more useful than browsing social media during my commute. My only complaint is that the better games are only accessible to premium users. "

"When I search for "self help apps", I expected to find things on self improvement and bettering myself. However, Acupressure: Heal Yourself came up. I'm surprised, but I'm not quite sure it's in a good way; while this might be useful, I cannot rate it as a good solution because it doesn't match the topic."

"I wanted to start meditation and it was easy to find the content on the website but I couldn't find any support or motivation to start and continue. Thanks to Uloo, I got the support of a community of people who also want to achieve an objective and grow. I recently joined a "squad" which is a group of 8 people with the same objective and we share tips and our progress together to make our personal growth an community activity. It encourages me to continue when I see that my squad is doing progress. Highly recommended."
