    "It is a really good app for working out on your own rather than paying the trainers thousands of dollars. It just needs to be a bit more easy and convenient to use so that you don't have to look into everything. You can view the instructions whenever you want you you don't have to worry about the time you have to reach at a gym to meet a trainer. It also gives you a broad range of nutrition selections. I'd even pay for the app if any pro version had video lessons in it."
