Badland seems to be a game that's time has come and gone. Reviews seem to represent that the game just isn't that fun anymore. But that doesn't mean one can't try it out for oneself and enjoy it. More

This game is well-reviewed, but it does not appear to be a side-scrolling game. Instead, it seems to be a 3D brawler.

I really like playing video games on my android when I'm out and about with a little spare time. I like the suggestion of Crashlands because it looks like a lot of fun. It is highly rated, and has even won some awards. I'd like to give it a try right away and see if it's as fun as it looks. More

This is a bit of a side scroller but not really a true one. This is more of a puzzle game but it is on the right platform and provides somewhat of what I want so I'd say it is an ok solution.

Side scrollers are my favorite type of game, and I am glad that this one is a good one. Instead of only being able to play these types of games at home, I can do it on my phone in the dentist office. And it is super addictive - in a good way. I spend most of my time trying to make the highest combos, and I get so into it that I sometimes even play it while at home. A+ game; very much recommend. My nephew loves minecraft! And it does seem like a good game for just about all ages. There is not a lot of violence, language or gore that parents have to deal with in R rated games. However, I believe that the best side scrolling game is definitely one of the Mario Brothers series. Any one. Take your pick. They are classics. I remember playing them for hours and hours when I was a little girl. They are simple and pleasing. More

I have an android device and was looking for some games on google play and by luck I found Pixel Dungeon. Pixel Dungeon is one of the best mobile games I have played. It is a very well designed rouge like game with an excellent GUI. It is also one of the few completely free games with a donation optional. For all you rouge-like gamers, this is a must have. More

Leo's fortune looks like an amazing game that I'd love to try! The graphics and colors are out of this world and look completely developed. I wouldn't expect any sort of bugs or interface issues with a game of this quality. Is it the best out of all of them? It very well could be. It looks like it has a great story line and could engage adults just as easily as children. The controls look to be well done and have different difficulties/challenges you'd have to overcome to make this a game you'd want to keep learning vs. it being too easy and being shoved off. More

While Baldurs Gate 2 is one of the greatest games of all time, I do not think it qualifies as a side scrolling game. When I went to go play the game off this recommendation I was surprised by what I saw. The game could not be a side scrolling game since it was not 2D, it was a top down game. While I enjoyed the game the solution does not give a good answer. More

I needed something to quench my boredom and Baldurs Gate II looked like just what I needed. Wow, was I right! This game is absolutely amazing side scrolling game. I have not been able to stop playing it. It is extremely fun and easy to learn. If you are looking for a game that will hold your interest then this is the one. I recommend this solution. More
