"While tools like this can be helpful to narrow down what is wrong, it is no replacement for talking with a doctor, and with almost every health insurance plan having a Dial a Nurse line, that is a better option. But in an absolute pinch, this symptom checker can be helpful. The app functionally is easy to use and has a simple interface."

"With technology growing at a rapid pace trying to diagnose yourself or others is quite dangerous and most irresponsible. The disclaimers for the symptom checker is scary in itself. I would not recommend this website to anyone. "

"Is it too much to day I find this site reassuring? Like a lot of people i run to the internet when I feel a new ache or pain and so many sites are confusing or don't give much information or are full of medical jargon. This site is clean and well organized and gives me the information I want without having to wade through dozens of pages."

"Not very impressed with this website. The very first search I put in there was no results-it was "bloody nose" as one of my dear friends has been suffering from them. My next search was "back ache" as my back is hurting right now. The site seems amateurish and needs some serious work on it. It is definitely not ready for public viewing."

"This website is very helpful for those who want to self diagnose before actually seeing a doctor. The interface is very easy to use and it provides substantial information about based on what symptoms you have. My husband uses this tool very often to get an idea about his nasal allergy problems. The only drawback is that it doesn't give you any advice on medication. "

"This is a good site, very thorough. Gives you plenty of opportunity to get to the real underlying issue. Does require some awareness of what is really going on, and sometimes requires use of terminology people may not be familiar with. Could give people the wrong idea and make them think they're worse then they are."

"I really tried to make this work as I wanted a way to track my allergy symptoms, but this app was just too clunky and buggy. My first day of entries just disappeared randomly and I could not recover them. Overall the idea is great but it just didn't work for me."
