"I've been a Star Wars fan since the original movies and would read the novels occasionally. I've never been able to get into the non-canon novels, although I would try one once in a while. I picked this one up and for a non-canon novel, this one is definitely worth reading. It is one of the better written novels I've read in a long time and it fills some of the holes in Skywalker's fall to the dark side left open by the movies. It's not the best Star Wars novel I've read, but it was very good and worth the read."

"This is yet another tale from the Star Wars extended universe that probably will appeal more to die-hard fans, but actually stands up pretty well on its own. A lot of these books tend to tell stories in the Star Wars universe from the perspective of the antagonists, and this one is no exception. One downside is that it is fairly short and leaves you wanting more, though."

"It is yet another story of the saga. There is an entire following of these shows that keep it alive and moving, however mundane and slow the story line has grown. Luckily the story does not end with this episode where we find the evils battling, but continues through an entire saga of gut wrenching writings of a boy and his father."

"It's always exciting as a Star Wars fan to come across new books and stories I haven't read. My latest read has been Deceived (Star Wars: The Old Republic). This is the second novel in Legends series. What I like about this so far is that the stories are based on the multiplayer online game, Star Wars: The Old Republic. So, if you're familiar with that game then this novel set written by Paul S. Kemp would really interest you especially if you're a huge fan of the Sith lore and legend."

"Rule of Two is YES a 2 book series so definitely read them both. Great story that happens in the so called expanded Star Wars Universe. If you're a Star Wars geek like I am, you'll love it. If you're just a casual reader maybe stick to something more in the mainstream Star Wars World."
