"Not really bothersome if a phone's ppi is less than 500 so as long as it doesn’t go below 300 bec that's the ppi we can really define and distinguish. I own a galaxy s8 and so far the 572 ppi is clear enough for me. Owend an S6 before but I think in terms of pixels s6 has higher one. "

"Well, hoenstly I don't see the importance of high ppi in terms of taking photos because technically the naked eyes cannot really determine the difference it..it just that the fact that high ppi smartphones support a higher clarity image when you compare it to smartphones who have lower ppi. Clear images are not about ppi alone..look at iphone for instance..iphone 6 has lower PPI than Sony Xperia but iphone's camera is far better than xperia..at least for me. "

"I got this a week ago, and I have a few thoughts- Great build quality, awesome screen... however there's one major sticking point- Google hopped on the no-headphone-jack bandwagon. I thought this was lame when it was omitted from the Gameboy Advance SP back in the early 2000s, and was glad Nintendo brought it back on all of their handhelds since... and then Apple revived the concept last year... unfortunately it might be here to stay this time..."

"This phone has a serious camera. As a mom I am always snapping pictures of my kids and who wants to lug around camera so I take them with my phone. The picture quality is outstanding. I also like the battery life. My last Samsung phone was always losing battery after like an hour of use so the long lasting battery of the Google Pixel has been awesome. "

"The Samsung Galaxy Note 8 is not a cheap phone. And wasn't it the Samsung Galaxy Note that spotaneously burst into flames? All I know is that my Note 8 has not given my any troubles in the time I"ve owned it. The high PPI, front and rear cameras, and 64GB memory make this a pretty indispensable phone in my book. "

"I feel like trying to narrow down the best smartphone is a big chore right now and everyone will have a different answer for it. That being said this is a solid phone, but I have ones I like more. Look over the specs, because it meets what you're looking for. If it appeals, give it a go."

"This is a good phone but I don't agree that it's affordable. The price is still high and I would feel like I got a better deal if I could get it for under $400. Wit that said, it is a good quality phone and the screen is great."
