"I like the idea of a spiritual book from 300 years ago I just wish there was a more detailed explanation about ANYTHING that happens in the book. The only thing in the solution is that its set in the 17th century. "

"I was in a very bad head space two years ago. My wife left me for my brother that I had just let move in because his wife left him. My oldest friend died, and I was on the verge of losing my job. It was one of the most troubling times in my life. I was looking for something that was going to help me. As a last ditch effort I bought this book on Amazon. I read this and things slowly started making sense. Its not a quick fix but it if you implement the things in this book then you can slowly start to change your outcomes in life. My outlook has changed and is getting better. "

"It's so true, wherever you go, there you are. I have been trying meditation for awhile now to combat my anxiety and this book was really helpful for my spirit. We all need more mindfulness in our lives. Unless you are already a Buddhist monk, you could probably use some more of it in your life. I used this book to start a mindfulness practice each day. We need to notice where we are in the world and what is going on within us, and this book helps out with that immensely. Even the time you spend reading the book can be done mindfully. "
