"Great read for those who are fans of DS9 (Star Trek: Deep Space Nine) and still a decent read for those who are not. It's certainly a solid book in its own rights and reads fairly smoothly throughout. Give it a chance and you might find you enjoy it, whatever your proclivities may have been beforehand."

"I am not a fan of the Star Trek saga, but based on so little reviews for this one, I might say that due to that fact that only very few people are actually trying to pick up novels for the saga, even I consider it weird since you can watch all of the movies and tv series of it instead of reading novels of the saga."

"This book wasn't as good as the others but it was still good overall. I would have liked more story development and character development though. There seemed to be a jump in the story as I found myself confused at times with where the story was going and other times, the story seemed to make sense after a while. I would recommend the book though because it is a part of the overall story. I read it while traveling and finished it before my destination and it kept me engaged throughout. "
