"I went into this book not expecting much of anything, not hearing anything good or bad one way or the other and I came out the other end absolutely loving it! This book is a must read for any fan of Legends or Star Wars books in general, taking place thousands of years before the films and even the KOTOR games, these collected short stories (that all link together) follow a group of Sith who have crash landed on a planet filled with natives. The Sith do what they do best and the story goes on from there. There is a few stories that take place with the same characters but then the timeline jumps forward giving you fresh new characters and a changing world. I was not expecting to love the characters and mythology that Miller created as much as I do. It feels alive and just as Star Wars as anything else you love."

"This is an awesome book! It really helps to fill in the KOTOR knowledge gaps, and gives some insight into how Revan thought. Darth Malgus is particularly scary in some respects. If you've ever played any of the KOTOR games a lot of this should be familiar to you. I think everyone knows Star Wars and even if they don't know the entire history it's still very interesting to get insight into the war between the Sith and the Jedi. It's also very interesting to see the Mandalorian Wars that broke so many people and sacrificed so many lives. Overall, I highly recommend it."

"I have been a Star Wars fan since friends and I went to see the original movie. I used to read the novels regularly, but then they started letting me down and for years now I would only pick them up occasionally. I picked this one up and was pleasantly surprised, this book went back to how good the original movies and novels were read this book really explained what the Force is, something the movies never really went into and none of the other novels did very well, if even at all. This book is a definite must for any Star Wars fan."

"There is a lot more to the Star Wars universe than the casual fan might be familiar with - this book helps flesh out some of the antagonists from the various reboots and will be a big hit with dedicated fans of the movies, as well as even with more casual fans. There are a number of these kinds of books, and this one is definitely above average, maybe even considerably, though all the various books can be tough to rate. I'd recommend it, especially to those obsessed with Star Wars."

"More Star Wars stories to confuse us. The first round of movies years ago was fun but to drag on and on a story that who knows what the creator had in mind is tiring. But there are those who love the stories and can let their imagination run wild. And many of us will always have a soft spot for Hans Solo. So if you want to catch up on your Star Wars knowledge this is the series of book to get. There are three book in this series and they are sure to spark imaginations everywhere."

"This book does well as a sequel however it falls short of really holding its own. The first part of the book is a little lacklustre however the last part gets really interesting. I won’t comment too much details so as not to spoil the ending. It is definitely worth the read, but I think the first half to three fourths could have been written a little differently."

""I, Jedi" is one of the better books from "Star Wars" universe which offers readers a thorough investigation of the Jedi order and being a Jedi in general. How to remain sane and not go to the dark side while striving to become a knight. The book is fairly well written and even though initially it is quite slow, the pace picks up and gets very entertaining."

"Star Wars fiction is always hit or miss and this one is more miss than hit. If you're a fan of the prequels, you might enjoy this, but it was incredibly slow, wandering and largely aimless. It doesn't add anything to the overall story of the franchise, merely creating a tedious diversion."

"I've always found Obi-Wan to be one of the more dull characters in the Star Wars universe. He is incorruptible which makes him boring, quite frankly. One of the truly virtuous characters of Star Wars. This novel is as dull as legends can get."
