"I came across Book Writer and gave it a shot. Now first off, having the ability to organize my thoughts in notes is the first and foremost important feature I need. Yes, I can get this with the standard Notes on my iPhone but I want something a bit more aesthetically and visually pleasing with some functionality built in. Book Writer offers up a way for me to make an interactive book and the ability to share it right away. I can make a multimedia book by inserting photos, voice, songs, videos too! The intuitive interface is really simple to use. I get big icons at my disposal so I can figure out exactly what does what. There isn't a time where I'm on this app and wondering what this tool does. If I had to say there was a drawback, the price of the app is $3.99 so you have to be committed to using this app to get the most out of it for the price. So I wouldn't say this is for everyone but if you enjoy having the ability to craft a book to get yourself into the Book World, this is the perfect starting point."

"Recent I managed to convince my son to try out StoryKit. He has wanted to be more creative lately and and I thought that this would be a nice way for him to express this. He has told me that he actually prefers writing on the computer or on paper."

"I looked into this app because I have heard good things about it but I am not convinced it is the best source for storytelling. I do like that it has the ability to create custom stories though which is great for grandparents who want to share stories with their grandchildren."

"I think this app is especially good for students learning to read and write. I remember making books when I was in elementary school, and this app seems like a more advanced and technological version of this exercise. It's great that you can send your book to family, and I think the technology of the ipad would be especially appealing to young kids. "
