Janet Jackson Super Bowl performance is one of the most remembered and controversial of all time, for the "wardrobe malfunction" incident with Justin Timberlake. The halftime show also included Jessica Simpson, P. Diddy, Nelly and Kid Rock performing a medley of Bad Boy's biggest hits on the Reliant Stadium of Houston, Texas in 2004.
Prince - Super Bowl XLI (2007)
Prince performed a memorable performance at the Dolphin Stadium in Miami, Florida. The setlist included a short rendition of "We Will Rock You" by Queen, "Let's Go Crazy", "Baby, I'm a Star", cover versions of the Creedence Clearwater Revival hit "Proud Mary", the Bob Dylan composition "All Along the Watchtower", and the Foo Fighters song "Best of You" and finished with the iconic "Purple Rain".

The halftime show was titled "Blues Brothers Bash" and featured The Blues Brothers band, James Brown and ZZ Top, the Setlist included "Everybody Needs Somebody", "Soul Man", "I Got You", "Get Up (I Feel Like Being a) Sex Machine, "Tush", "Legs" and "Gimme Some Lovin" at Super Bowl XXXI in Mercedes-Benz Superdome, New Orleans, Lousiana.
Madonna, LMFAO, Nicki Minaj, Cee Lo Green - Super Bowl XLVI (2012)
Madonna and LMFAO, Nicki Minaj, M.I.A. and CeeLo Green performed the 2012 Super Bowl halftime show at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana. The Setlist included a medley of "Vogue", "Music", "Give Me All Your Luvin'", "Open Your Heart", "Express Yourself" and ended with the iconic "Like a Prayer".
