This app is an amazing interval training timer: select how many seconds will every workout take, and a sound will be displayed when you reach that time. The app is available for iWatch so you can use it everywhere.
It's an okay app but it's so simple it really should be completely free. A timer is nice but come on, you just program seconds working out and seconds resting. I wouldn't buy the pro version but maybe you would.

This was very simple to use, pretty much like a normal stopwatch. It is easy to use and goes with all your workout needs.
