    Green tea

Green tea is made from Camelia sinensis leaves which are less oxidated than other types of teas, such as Oolong or black tea. It has antioxidants that prevent cell damage and weight loss properties. It helps also to prevent Alzheimer's and memory loss.

"This is a very subjective matter. Each person has different taste and it's hard to say what's best. In my opinion, if you are looking for tea for health, Roobois tea is one of the best. It is caffeine free naturally, has mild nutty flavor. It's perfect hot or cold and makes great chai. It helps you relax, get rid of headache and promotes great sleep. If you are looking for weight loss and great taste, then I'd recommend oolong tea. I also like Jasmine tea for the flagrant hot drink. Pu-erh tea has great benefits as well. I think you have to try and find out what you like best."
