"This book was pretty good and interesting. Native Americans still experience difficulties living in the USA and racism. A lot of their traditions and culture has been taken away from them so this book shows that struggle and helped me learn more about them and their culture."

"This book was extremely pleasing to me. I got a lot of imagery and setting in my head as I read through this book. I knew about Thanksgiving and early colonies in America, but many of the Native American stories in this book were exploratory for my imagination. I am no longer a teen, but I imagine that teenagers who want to learn about the history of their land will be enthralled with this fiction book that melds with historical concepts."

"Nocturne, Opus 1 is a pretty interesting teen novel. I bought it for my children, and they were fascinated by its looks into Native American culture. Steeped in that tradition, this book is accessible to anyone and feels exotic and educational. A few of the characters are kind of two-dimensional and boring, but overall, I still highly recommend it!"

"I'm not exactly big on this as a 'Native American' story, nor should it be considered one, so the solution itself is flawed. The book is fine, so if what it is looks nice to you? Go for it, but it won't fulfill the need requested here."

"Most people either love or hate the Twilight books. While you can argue back and forth about how well written they are, one thing is for sure, they're hard to put down. And this third Twilight book might be the best in the series. Goes even deeper into Jacob's backstory, and really had me hooked the entire time!"

"If your looking for something regarding Native American related content, give this book a chance. It is based in the early 1900's and deals with various issues that Indians of the time period would deal with. I thought that the book was well written and will hold your interest till the end. The book would be good for teens, it is somewhat advanced, but not so much that a teen wouldn't be able to understand. "
