"R.L. Stine is a very old writer I've been following for his thrilling writing for years, and this is no different. You'll want to pick up earlier in the series though, if you're new, or this will have a lot of spoilers!"

"Not so much an original idea. I've read many stories that are similar to this before. Still, it was a decent read. "

"I found this particular RL Stine book to be one of the more spooky and enjoyable ones. It was original and not repetitive and has easily enjoyable characters and a good overall plot. Many books of this sort get a bit repetitive after so many, but this one kind of stays with you."

"There's always been a fear that lies within me about strangers hiding in the corners of my house. I've watched those movies such as When a Stranger Calls, and other various thrillers that had me creeped out for years. What a traumatic childhood I had! I guess as the years went by I needed more of these stories to supplement my desire to frighten myself. I was handed this wonderful novel, There's Someone Inside Your House, by my roommate and figured this is just what I needed. Now there's romance in here, but it's laced with horror elements and scary suspenseful moments. I loved the characters and felt this was somewhat of an homage to 80's slasher movies. That was such a great element for me as I read through the story about this town and the mystery that plagued it with the fear of dread on every characters' mind. This was wonderful. I'm looking forward to reading my novels from Stephanie Perkins because she certainly won me over with this one."
