What are the best tourist attractions in Manila?

I'm headed out to Manila in a couple of weeks and I wanted to learn about what to see in the city. I love historical sites, great architecture, museums and trying new food.  Thanks

The Fort marked the entrance of the Intramuros part of the city and is one of the historical milestones of the city.
