"This is arguably the greatest turn-based game at the moment. It is only fitting I think because it was based on one of the best games in this genre during the 90s! The graphics are wonderful and it brings me back to my days when I will spend hours playing this game. Also, Cloud headlines this game."

"I love The Walking Dead and Fear the Walking Dead. So naturally, when this came out, I immediately got hooked. It's fun playing this game especially since you can role-play and be one of the characters in the show. That being said, I am not really a gamer. But the scenarios in this game are far too real and runs parallel to the show. It really feels like you are there emotionally, with every decision affects your group or your family. Great game, this!"

"I am a sucker for PvP. There's just something about beating the hell out of your opponents. This is where I vent all my frustrations and anger. Can't do it in real life so I beat the crap out of anyone I run into. But don't get me wrong. It requires players to use different tactics and strategies! You can't master this game because it has numerous possible outcomes. But you can learn it enough to win about 80 percent of your battles. Come find me, ID: bEatYeRAzs"

Playing turn-based strategy games stimulates cerebral activities. It is no wonder that the advent of video game technology can be attributed to the growing number of turn-based games available on different platforms such as PCs and smartphones. In fact, in the United States alone, the value of video game market hit 17.69 billion US dollars in 2016 and among all the genres of games, statistics show that fast-paced games seem to be the most popular one among gamers. In consonance with this, major differences of fast-paced real-time games and turn-based strategy games are interesting to take into account. According to Jon Shaper, a game designer and the owner and CEO of Conifer Games, the thin line dividing real-time and turn-based strategy games lies in the matter in which time passes. While this thought-provoking topic has paved the way for intelligent debates in the realm of games, only a few studies have essentially grasped the real differences between the two. One major difference is their approachability. Real-time games offer experiences that resemble everyday life because the players are somewhat put under pressure and are encouraged to act promptly while turn-based games give players the liberty and luxury of time to think and weigh all the possibilities laid in front of them. For the turn-based players, positioning is the key, and prioritization follows. Turn-based games may not have the natural pacing but the “downtime” can be considered as its greatest strength—giving players the full control to decide what is important and what is not.

"This game is very engaging and immersive. The animation is rich and really adds to the game. The main issue with the game is that it is a port and that it crashes a bunch and you can't save to the Cloud which is frustrating. Because it is a port, the animation can be glitchy and slow so there are better games out there for Android."

"The only good thing about this game are the graphics. The visuals are beautiful for an Android game. But, that doesn't make up for the horrid game play. You can't find friends in game without connecting through Facebook, the pvp system is unbalanced, and if you disconnect while loading a duel, which you WILL, you are fined for fleeing, which means throwing away hard earned game currency. Don;t waste time on this, find a better game."

I play it on my Android and on Windows. Trying out different scenarios on my Android before making the opposite decision on the WIndows game. Haha. Cheating? "I'm pretty old school when it comes to taste in games. I just want a strategy game that's going to present puzzles to solve through increasingly difficult rounds. Hoplite is pretty perfect for me: it's easy to learn to play but, I've found, very tough to master. It's my favorite strategy game on Android currently. The only downside (to me): ads for in-app purchases. "

"Funny how a rip-off of Heroes of Might and Magic can be successful while the game it was based on is struggling to find its niche that it once dominated. The game allows players to be creative, using different tactics and strategies to outfox their opponents. I would say 60 percent of its players are good and the rest are just bad players that makes me look good! Hahahahaha"

"Eclipse is a promising game but fails at what it's supposed to be good for--online play. Playing solo against the computer is acceptable (reasonably) but once you start playing against others the games flaws come to the forefront, mainly synchronizing with others is an exercise in frustration at best. Might be worthy if you want a game against the AI but not recommended otherwise."

My excitement was for naught, as I soon figured out this was only for the PC. Perhaps the search engine admins should make sure the engine is detecting the keywords properly. "
