- #1May 21, 2018"If you think of weird and wacky game shows, the first thing that comes to mind should be Japan. We have a lot of them here now in the states, but the majority of them are copying from the original shows over in Japan. I remember watching Takeshi Castle when I was a kid stationed overseas in Japan, and laughing at all the people - from sports teams to families - trying to take on the castle. I'm so happy it's available in DVD format now. I know it's not the entire run of the show, but every episode you get in this DVD collection (3 discs) is very entertaining!"

Being obese is considered the worst thing one can ever be, and the people on this show will do anything to lose weight. Unfortunately, it is at the risk of their dignity, and even their physical health. The stories that have come out of this show about the dehydration people have subjected themselves to, for example, are appalling. The worst."
