"I had heard all the people talking about this show years ago. First it was the books. "Oh, you have GOT to read these!" I kept putting it off and putting it off. Over Christmas I watched season one. Suddenly season one was finished and I had to see what happens next, so I bought season two. Before I knew it season two was almost over. So I just went and bought the whole set, everything currently available. This isn't just one story. Its several stories all wrapped around each other and whether you intend to or not, you get caught up in them. Each hour-long episode is the fastest hour of your life - they just fly by. Its a fascinating story. I'm not one to watch what everyone else is watching, but this one is as good as everyone says. You'll get hooked, too"

"Altered Carbon is a fine show, and I can't quite think of another way to put it. I didn't hate it as I watched, and I didn't love it either, I just sort of watched and it was fine. I didn't find much I'd call spectacular or peaking of interest. Frankly, for me, it was a forgettable watch that didn't offer much in the way of fresh or new takes on the sci-fi future based setting or detective genres it resides in. Watch if you want, but if you don't i wouldn't say you were missing anything."

"I have had the idea to watch Narcos one of these days. I have to be picky about what Netflix produced shows I catch as when they're good, it's almost impossible to put them down, but when they miss the mark, it's almost embarrassing. That being said this show seems to really have it as it's still going and if I'm not mistaken still has quite the following. It's certainly on my list of things to check out."

"I am a huge TV/Movie buff. I have watched countless seriers from the 80's, 90's, etc. Frasier was one of the beset. Dr Frasier Crane, played by Kelsey Grammer, who is an amazing actor, is a great character that you will enjoy watching. His brother, played by David Hyde Pierce is fantastic as well. You will laugh, cry, and have a love and hate relationship with these two. Pick this up today."

I know he loves watching TV, so I decided to search for the best TV series so I could download him something to watch. I stumbled upon "American Horror Story" and was completely blown away. Both my nephew and I loved everything about it. The storyline and the character development were both top notch."

The characters are like old friends and the writing is some of the best that you're going to find on TV before or since. It runs the risk of being outdated due to the political nature of the story, however, The writing is done in such a way that the situations are mostly timeless."

"While "best TV series" is a very broad question which can't be answered realistically without knowing anything about the preferences of the person that asks the question, I still think that recommending a 20 years old anime series is a bit strange. This is very much a niche product, and while personally I like the series very much, I'm not sure this is a very good solution."

The series does seem to romanticize suicide, so I think this is a program that suggestible teens should watch with someone who is more mature and can talk about some of these issues. It could open up a lot of discussions."

It's hilarious, it's dramatic, it's well-directed, even a little artistic. Jason Bateman is a stellar lead, and the plot will definitely leave you wanting more!"
